It was a pleasure to be interviewed by Equinox, Barcelona's French media, covering news from Barcelona and Catalonia for all French speakers.


In the article, I look back on my 25-year career dedicated to supporting companies' development and transformation - via 3 different consulting, training, coaching ventures. I also talk about the creation of my international coaching firm, G&L Shift, after more than 10 years spent developing my own training organization in France. During that time, I observed that employees struggled at implementing their training based learnings in their own professional environment. That's why I decided to deploy an innovative and agile coaching method for companies, their managers and their teams: Professional Coaching 3.0.


For all our coaching sessions, G&L Shift provides digital tools that can be accessed online at any time, without space or time constraints. The majority of these tools are centralized on an e-coaching platform where the coachee has a dedicated secure space, giving him or her access to a rich universe of resources in leadership, team management, communication, career management, entrepreneurship and more.
