Individual coaching is the support of a person and team coaching, that of a formal group including a manager and his/her direct reports.
Organizational coaching is at the next level of complexity, involving the entire organization (company, association, community, etc.).

Located in different countries, with professional lives spanning several
continents, we have each acquired a detailed and concrete understanding of the different systems of
references encountered during our geographical wanderings. That is to say how much we had to
develop our heightened sense of analysis, our empathy and a great open-mindedness!
This cemented the common core of values and behaviors that unites us.
Our mission is to support women founders and leaders of VSEs/SMEs in their problems
organization and development of their activity, whatever their own location and their own
story.
Indeed, as women, as professionals, as leaders, as women
entrepreneurs, we have lived, experienced and solved the problems that every entrepreneur is
brought to meet. It is this experience that led us to found a set of services
specific for our sisters.
Beyond our common experiences, the 4 of us bring together skills, expertise and
complementary know-how that we make available to them in our offer.
These skills cover a wide range of knowledge necessary for the management and development
VSEs/SMEs:

We offer VSE / SME leaders tailor-made interventions, with several speakers,
to respond as adequately and completely as possible to the problems they encounter.
Each intervention will contain the fair share of training, advice, individual and collective coaching or
mentoring to create the best impact on the solutions to be identified, behaviors or modes
of organization to be modified, and therefore on the final result to be achieved.
